Shipping

We ship throughout the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note that inventory is not kept on hand unless stated otherwise. Books are printed to order and must be printed and shipped to us before they are signed and sent to customers. Please allow up to 6 weeks to receive your order. Once shipped, you will receive all tracking information. Once picked up and scanned in, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on location. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories may take longer.

Note: Once a package is shipped, title and the risk of loss pass to you. Shipping and delivery dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages because we are a small, growing business.

Refunds

Print Products

Because of the personalization of print products, books, book boxes, and book-related products cannot be refunded or returned.

If you receive a damaged order, contact info@xoskyemoon.com so we can work together to get you a replacement as soon as possible. Please include photos and a detailed description of your concern(s) in the email. Requests for a replacement must be received within 3 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase is required on all replacements (e.g., your order number, order confirmation email, etc.).

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable. If you receive a file with severe quality issues, please email info@skyemoon.com for a replacement. Proof of quality issues is required before the new file will be electronically delivered.
